Freestyler helps hand position Review by GEB

These paddles are great for kids who tend to slip in on their freestyle. It helps them feel "fingertips down" and lets them know when they are losing that position. The first step to correction is identifying the feel of the error. The Freestyler Paddle helps the swimmer both feel the error and feel doing it right.

We use freestyle paddles at least 3 times a week, They help tremendously in our drills, and we like them in sprint sets as well. They help a lot in the entry and catch.

Maintains correct entry into the water. Adds additional resistance while not overloading the shoulder muscles.

We have purchased dozens of these paddles, and we them frequently during practice and have them always available to our swimmers so that they can use them on their own time. They certainly make stroke correction easier, particularly with less experienced swimmers. I have had to replace the older-style rubber tubing frequently, until Finis started equipping them with the newer-style bands which are more durable.

The Finis Freestyle Paddle paired the swimmers snorkel have proven to be one of the fastest ways to transform poor freestyle technique in to a long, smooth and powerful stroke.

My Favorite Paddle Review by Mat

This is, by far, my favorite paddle. I am a fan of paddles with single finger straps that force you to pull in a proper pattern vs. forcing your hand through the water in random directions; the Freestyler is both a single finger paddle and guides you through a proper pulling pattern.

Great paddles to use in order for swimmers to get a better feel with the water. Other paddles tend to have swimmers feel slugish, but these make the swimmers feel faster when they are done using them which is a great tool to prep them for a main set.

I swim 4-5 days a week, and I will often put on my Freestyler Paddles before I get into my main set, to remind myself what direction my hands should be moving. They are fun to use, easy on the body and help you really concentrate on what you are doing with your freestyle.

Not the best, but good enough Review by Cile

I've had those paddles for half a year or so. They're not really suitable for fast sets or any fast swimming because they'll fall off easily. They'll also fall easily when fatigued.
They're great for slow to medium fast swimming and for drills as well. I love using them for drills.
