The SpeedBox® is a system that adds resistance while swimming while swimming away from the SpeedBox®, and adding assistance and speeding up the swim on the way to the SpeedBox®. Add more or less resistance and assistance by adding additional power springs. Created with a unique pulley system the SpeedBox® provides constant, smooth and even tension for your swimmer. Designed to be portable the system collapses to just 24”x20”x8” for ease of transport.

Best device for speed assisted training; cheapest way to progressive train in water power. That says it all. When I sell this at tropical Penguin we have an HD version that makes it even faster and have adapters for water level connection. But, right out of the box, the Speedbox is one third the cost of the Power Tower and is fully portable. Neither the Rack not the Tower, which I also like and sell allow for sprint assisted training -- so important to teach those motor neurons to fire faster. And this is far safer and more measurable than trying to pull swimmers across by hand with breakable tubing.
