Great for the Fitness Swimmer Review by KarenCS

I bought 2 of these snorkels, one for me and one for my husband. We swim for fitness only. As I've gotten older I can't turn my head as much as I'd like and my lung capacity has diminished. I was feeling discouraged by my lack of progress until I started using the snorkel. I'm up to 50 laps now and I take the snorkel off for the last several laps and have found that I have better swim form. Every now and then a little water sneaks in (possibly from choppy pool water, snorkel off center, or I loosening of lip closure), but a good strong exhale and minor adjustments to the fit solve the problem.
