Regular snorkel training increases C02 tolerance and V02 max, as well as, when used together with the cardio cap, provides equivalent benefits associated with altitude training. This patented front-mount design swimmer's snorkel can be worn with any standard swimming goggle. Jr. Swimmer's Snorkel	Jr. Swimmer's Snorkel The Jr. Snorkel provides the same benefits as the Swimmer's Snorkel, but is two inches shorter in length to account for less lung capacity of younger swimmers, 12 years old and under. Cardio Cap Designed to fit on the top of the Swimmer's or Junior Swimmer's Snorkel to increase conditioning and work load to the lungs by 40%.
