Return Policy
Upon receipt of your package, please be sure to inspect the order for accuracy. Shipping errors must be communicated to FINIS within 5 days of shipment receipt. Please contact us at: http://FINISinc.com/support
2011-2012 Return/Exchange Policy
- For all Return/Exchanges go to http://FINISinc.com/support and fill out a support ticket to receive a RMA #.
- Failure to obtain an RMA number will result in a restocking fee of 25%. No exceptions.
- If the return is not received within 30 days of the RMA request date, the return will be canceled and a new RMA # will need to be issued.
- All returns will be credited at FINIS discretion.
- Shipping refundable per FINIS discretion.
- All used merchandise or merchandise returned with your company tags/ labels will be subject to a restocking fee at FINIS’ discretion.
- FINIS will need proof of purchase date for all items returned. Any items that you cannot provide a proof of purchase date for will not be accepted.
Electronics: Tempo Trainer (PRO), SwiMP3, Swimsense, AquaPulse, and all other electronics have a 90 day replacement warranty.
Champion Suits will have a 30 day warranty and all tags/liners must be intact for a return.
Refunds are only applicable if items were purchased from FINIS.
FINIS is not responsible for packages that are lost. A traceable and insured method of return shipment is recommended (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS Priority)
- Please allow 7-14 days for your exchange or credit to be processed.
- All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used on the original purchase.
- Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

- All electronics that are defective may be replaced with a refurbished unit or out of package unit.
