Q. What is the best way to get support for my product?

A. The best place to get support for our products is by visiting our support page here and navigating to your product. There is a lot of helpful information there and it will hopefully answer any questions you have

 

Q. I have looked at the support page and I am still having problems.

A. If you are still experiencing a problem you can fill out a support ticket here and a support technician will reply back within 1 working day.

 

Q. How long does it take for the support team to look at my product?

A. If we issue you to send in your product, we will process it within 2 business days. We understand that our products mean a lot to you and we will process it ASAP.

 

Q. I don’t have a support question, but more of a suggestion on how a product or service can be improved. Am I able to contact somebody about that?

A. Yes of course! We always recommend suggestions on how we can improve either our products or our service to you. You can feel free to contact us here and write about it. Also if you have a comment about our customer service and would like some discounted merchandise you can fill out a survey here. Please note that if surveys are not completed with legitimate information no discount will be given
