General Info

The Stationary Cords Long Belt is made with durable rubber tubing and a comfortable, adjustable nylon belt. The Stationary Cords Long Belt is used for assistance swimming where the coach pulls the swimmer to the other side of the pool at faster than race-pace speed. This allows swimmer to adapt stroke technique to higher speeds and exposes flaws in racing stroke technique without over-exertion. The Stationary Cords Long Belt can also be used for resistance swimming. The long cord allows the resistance to be prolonged over the swim as the cord steadily increases resistance rather than a sharp increase that you may see with a shorter cord.

Using the Stationary Cords Long Belt helps you achieve the feeling of racing on the way back from doing a set to help swimmers get confidence in racing.
