Is the swimmer’s snorkel suitable for children/young teens?
We do not recommend using the normal swimmer’s snorkels for children. We have a youth swimmer’s snorkel and a swimmer’s snorkel junior that are more suitable for them.
Why are these snorkels different than the regular swimmer’s snorkel?
The Swimmer’s Snorkel Youth is shorter in length and has a wider opening than the Swimmer’s Snorkel, making it easier on smaller lungs. It also comes with a smaller mouth piece, softer head bracket and a nose clip to make the learning process easier on them. The junior snorkel is very similar to the regular swimmer’s snorkel except that it is two inches in shorter in length, making it easier on smaller lungs & also includes the nose clip for the period in which the swimmer is getting used to it.
What age is the youth swimmer’s snorkel meant for? What age is the swimmer’s snorkel junior meant for?
