Warranty and Returns

Your Product is warranted by FINIS to be free of defects in materials of workmanship, under normal use, for a period of time from the purchase date (reference chart below for length of coverage).

Swim Suits, Apparel, Goggles, Swim Caps, and Accessories 30 Day Limited Warranty
Technical Products (Fins, Snorkels, Paddles, etc.) and Pool Equipment 60 Day Limited Warranty

The limited warranty* excludes damage resulting from improper care of handling, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear or other causes which are not defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a covered defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or issue a refund** at FINIS’ discretion.

If your product is determined defective, please follow the steps below to return your items.

Return Policy:

  1. For all Return/Exchanges go to http://www.FINISinc.com/support and fill out a support ticket to receive an RA (return authorization) and complete instructions on how to ship the product back.
    • Failure to obtain an Return Authorization (RA) Number will result in a restocking fee of 25%. No exceptions.

    Instruction to open a support case: Click on the yellow tab that says “Create a new support Ticket”. You will be prompt to put in your email and password. PLEASE skip this part if you have already registered though the support site. If you do not have a support password, Click the link that says “Register” (This will need to be done only once). Once you register you will receive a password that is only good for the support site. After registered click “New Case”) Please note “you will only reply through the email you receive you do not need to log into the support site to reply or ask questions.)

  2. FINIS will need proof-of-purchase for warranty claim. Any items that you cannot provide Proof-of-Purchase for will not be accepted.
  3. With the Return Authorization in Hand, return the product to Finis per the instruction that you receive.
  4. All returns will be credited at FINIS’ discretion. If we are not able to repair, replace, or credit you for the return product, we will send the original product back to you.
  5. Warranty or return item is shipped back to FINIS at your own expense, unless the return is a result of an FINIS shipping error.
  6. FINIS will pay to ship any exchange or warranty product to you.
  7. When you receive your replacement or returned product from FINIS, please be sure to inspect the shipment for accuracy. Shipping error must be communicated within 5 days of the shipment receipt.

There is a 30-day return policy for all products with original packaging and tags.
Finis is not responsible for any extra/ extend warranty offered from any other company.
Refunds are only applicable if items were purchased from FINIS.
FINIS is not responsible for packages that are lost.  A traceable and insured method of return shipment is recommended (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority)

  • Please allow 48 Business hours upon receipt of your FINIS Electronic device(s) for repair, replacement or credit (within 30 days of purchase) to be processed.
  • Please allow 7-14 days for all other exchanges or credits to be processed.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used on the original purchase.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other additional rights, which may vary from state to state or within the EEA. The foregoing is without prejudice to other legal rights that may arise under applicable national legislation. The warranty extends only to products purchased from an authorized FINIS retailer.

**Refunds are only applicable if items were purchased from FINIS. No other person or company is authorized to change the FINIS warranty, and your dealer is solely responsible for any other additional warranties.
