* The HydroSpeed I falls into the "FINA Approved" category above because the material, styles, and accessories are all approved for use in FINA 2010 competitions. Therefore because the HydroSpeed I suits were developed and manufactured before 2009 and have characteristics which do not raise any issue in regard of new or amended criteria, no 2010 submission was made. Note that since the HydroSpeed I is approved but not on the current 2010 FINA list they cannot be worn to break any FINA World Championships or Olympic records.
